Hello! and welcome to my website! I am a Registered Dietitian and most of us are not fond of being called a "nutritionist."  That is, being a Registered means countless hours of continuing education and at the very least, a of Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition. I am also a sugar lover-sweet tooth extraordinaire!  That may be a contrast in terms, but that is me. And that is sugar coating it! I describe myself as a professional juggler - just kidding I can't juggle but I am a wife of a military man that has served 30 years, a mom to a teen and velcro dog.
